Measurement
Traffic is measured with a self-hosted, first-party, cookie-less system running on our own database. IP addresses are hashed with a rotating salt and never stored in the clear. Sessions are identified by a short-lived hashed token, not a device ID.
The consent banner is real: pressing Reject stops the beacon entirely, and no request is made. It is not a button that sends data with a flag attached.
What is stored
- Order details, delivery address and contact email, needed to fulfil your order.
- Payment card brand and last four digits only. The full number never touches this site; it goes directly to Stripe.
- Aggregated page views, referrers and device type.
Retention
Analytics data is discarded after 90 days by an automated nightly job. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Access, correction and deletion on request. Write to the contact address and we will action it.
