Rates

Live courier rates are calculated at checkout from the actual weight and dimensions of your parcel, so you pay what the courier charges rather than a flat guess we made up. You pick the service and the speed at the shipping step, before you pay.

Dispatch

Jackets are made one at a time, so allow a few days before anything moves. You get tracking by email the moment the label is bought, not when the order is placed, which would be a lie.

Fur restrictions

Real fur is restricted or banned outright in some places. California prohibits the sale of new fur products statewide; Israel bans import for the fashion trade; several other cities have their own rules.

Restricted destinations are blocked at the address step, with an explanation, before you pay. You will never be charged for an order that cannot legally be delivered, and you will never find out after the fact.

Customs

International orders ship with HS codes and a declared value. Duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility, we cannot predict them and we do not mark parcels as gifts.

Returns

• Fourteen days from delivery.
• Unworn, tags attached, hang tag and pelt reference included.
• Return shipping is on you unless the jacket arrived faulty.
• Once it has been worn outdoors it cannot come back.

Refunds go to the original payment method within five business days of the jacket arriving back with us.

Faults

Hand-made means variation, not defects. A hood that sits differently or a banner curve a few degrees off is the signature. A failed seam or a broken zip is a fault, send a photo and we will sort it.
